Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you love our products however if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return your items to us.

Please contact us by email at: info@marilenadiflorio.com.au and we will assist you in returning your product to us.

Full priced items can be returned for an exchange where products are available or for a full refund of the item(s).

​

Returned Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• All tags and labels attached

• Returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

​

Custom orders and made to measure garments are non-refundable.
